Our team of licensed and experienced counselors are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health and well-being.
What We Offer
Services
We treat individuals and adolescents dealing with various concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, postpartum issues, people-pleasing, lack of boundaries, family issues, relationship issues, and more.
Our therapist is a level II trained Gottman's Couples Counselor and a certified Prepare-Enrich premarital counselor. Premarital counseling typically consists of 6-8 sessions.
Payments
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Cigna insurance, self-pay, HSA, and FSA payments.
